This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basketball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the rec center and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

Welcome to "Jagged Owl", the perfect place to make some lifelong memories! The spacious open floor plan makes this a great cabin for families or friends looking to get away for a great mountain retreat! The great room has a large sectional with a gorgeous gas fireplace as well as a 55" Flat Screen TV to enjoy a good movie. There is plenty of seating throughout the cabin. The very spacious, fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to create some great meals and the large dining area will seat 8 people. There is also a breakfast bar that seats 4. In addition to the great room there is a "Georgia Room" right off the great room with another 40" TV. This area would be great for the kids to watch a movie. It is also the perfect place to watch the numerous white tail deer that frequent the backyard.

All of the bedrooms are very spacious and there is 1 King Master Ensuite and 1 Queen Master Ensuite on the main level. Downstairs you will find another queen bedroom, an electric fireplace, a game table, a full bath and a separate, large bunk room with door,complete with 2 sets of twin bunks and a foosball table. Right outside the door on the terrace patio is a luxury hot tub!

Outside on the main level you have a great screened in porch complete with a dining area to enjoy some meals during warmer weather. There is a gas grill for your enjoyment also, propane gas provided of course!

The back yard provides a fantastic fire pit area with seating. Enjoy some star gazing in front of a lovely campfire, telling ghost stories with the kids or relaxing with your favorite beverage.

So don't put it off, surprise the kids, treat the spouse and come on up to the "Jagged Owl" and experience what the North Georgia Mountains have to offer. Oh....don't forget Fido, this cabin is dog friendly too, with a fenced in back yard for your pets safety.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane grill.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days.
