Eddie & Debbie Osborne, Owners – Running our business with the same values and ethics that we try to live by has always been forefront to us; treat others as we would want to be treated. Professionalism, Respect, Teamwork and a Pursuit of Excellence are key values that we are passionate about and the way we lead our business.

Meet Carley Osborne! She joined the team in 2023 part time, and officially came on board full time in January 2025. She is the youngest of the Osborne family and has been in and around the family business her entire life. Carley was raised in Ellijay and graduated from Gilmer High School. She has worked part time in some of our favorite local establishments while going to school and after. She has always enjoyed people which go hand in hand with great customer service skills, especially in the hospitality industry.

Carley is usually the voice you hear when you call our office and she is eager to help you choose the perfect cabin for your getaway. She is very knowledgeable about the fun places to visit when here, including great restaurants, wineries, fishing holes, etc. Give her a call and let her help you plan the perfect getaway in a Mountain Oasis Cabin!

Dora Bryson is a lady of many talents! She obtained her Real Estate License five years ago and then went on to get her Brokers License. She too joined our team in 2023. In the beginning, she worked in the field cleaning, inspecting, whatever needed to be done and she gained valuable insight into many aspects of the vacation rental industry. It wasn’t long before she filled the Operation Manager position where she currently oversees property maintenance as well as housekeeping. In 2024, we opened a new division, Mountain Oasis Real Estate with our focus on folks looking to sell or buy vacation rental property in North Georgia. Even with the various duties she carries, she still manages to volunteer at her church and spend time with her husband, kids and grand kids.

Charles & Debra Stepp have been a part of Mountain Oasis from the very beginning! Debra has held several positions in the company, all of which she has done with pride and enthusiasm. Charles headed up our Maintenance Division for years and contributed to making it the success it is today. Together, they became the “Dynamic Duo” when we took our company to another level by adding a full service, commercial laundry facility for Mountain Oasis Cabins. These two have created not only a facility that is highly efficient and well organized but also one that differentiates our company from the competition.
