Guests staying at Walnut Mountain Properties are welcome to use the community pool and tennis courts at no additional cost to guests. Pool pass is required and shall be provided at the property for guests' use. Guests understand and agree that all rules of the resort providing the amenities will be adhered to. Guest also understands that Mountain Oasis is not responsible for any closures of any amenity during their stay regardless of the reason. Pool season is Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Tennis Court(s) is available year around.

Take the chill off a cold winters day or evening with the beautiful wood burning rock fireplace. The well appointed kitchen is spacious and adjoins a beautiful dining area with a view. The large deck that wraps around the backside of this home provides plenty of areas to entertain or just kick back and relax. The luxurious King suite boasts its own private bath with double vanities and walk in shower as well as it's own private screened in porch overlooking those incredible mountains, a perfect place to enjoy that 1st cup of morning coffee! Whether you've been traveling, hiking or exploring some of the unique areas that North Georgia has to offer, you can look forward to coming back to the cabin and soaking your cares away in the large hot tub, taking in the views and watching for some of the abundant wildlife that call this area home.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig/Drip Combo, crock pot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls and propane gas grill.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than the basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees - Cleaning, Processing and Damage Insurance

15% lodging tax will be added to all reservations.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.
