This magical cabin is nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains on a large, level lot less than 30 feet from Turniptown Creek. Current building codes won't even allow building this close to the water but since this cabin was constructed in the 1940's they are grandfathered in. Lucky you!!! Of course the cabin has been fully renovated all the while still maintaining the nostaglic feel of a simpler time in history.

The all wood cabin with complimentary red tin roof is the perfect place to create some beautiful memories. Nature abounds in this area and it is common to see whitetail deer roaming and even stopping for a quick drink in the flowing creek. Enjoy a good book or just some casual conversation with friends or family at the waters edge on the stone patio complete with seating.

The main house boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous oversized table that can seat up to 12. A light filled sunroom is always a great place to relax and take in the wooded scenery and rambling creek. The living room offers a 42" TV as well as a wood burning fireplace for those cool fall/winter evenings.

There are 3 bedrooms in the main house with the King Master being on the main floor along with another King Bedroom on the main and a 3rd King upstairs along with a Twin Trundle bed.

An addition was recently completed (Bunkhouse) that is completely optional when booking this property that provides a game area with pool table and two more bedrooms, (1) Queen and another bedroom with 2 twins. This area WILL NOT be available to guests unless requested at booking or prior to arrival.

The TV's are set up for streaming through You Tube TV or Netflix, no cable or satellite.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION, THIS PROPERTY IS PROTECTED BY VIDEO SURVEILLANCE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY ONLY.

This property also has a whole house generator in case of power outages!

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig/drip combo, crockpot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

Linens for each bed, (2) bath towels (1) hand towel (1) wash cloth per person listed on reservation, dressers or closets for clothing storage, central heat and air, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV or streaming, internet.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), garbage bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE. WE DO NOT ALLOW SAME DAY CHECK IN'S ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.
