This property is located in the Coosawattee River Resort which means you are able to utilize the amenities of the resort including the Rec Center with indoor olympic size heated pool, exercise room, arcade room, tennis courts, basket ball courts, putt putt golf, picnic areas at various parks within the resort and the 3 outdoor swimming pools (during summer season) at no additional cost to you for authorized groups up to 8 people. Please note, it is out of control should one or any of these amenities not be available during your stay and there should be no expectation of any refunds should this occur. None of our properties are within walking distance to the rec center and depending on location, could be a 2 minute to 15 minute drive.

One of the most popular features about this property is it's proximity to the Fairgrounds, where festivals and rodeo's are held throughout the year; downtown Ellijay for unique shopping, arts, plays and of course some of the best restaurants in North Georgia. You are also only minutes from many of Ellijay's well known Apple Houses, winneries and hiking trails.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

Linens for each bed, (2) bath towels (1) hand towel (1) wash cloth per person listed on reservation, dressers or closets for clothing storage, central heat and air, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet, telephone for local calls.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST AND DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Please respond no later than 7 days prior to check in. Additional fees may apply if you choose to send in later than the 7 days. Exception - for reservations that are last minute and are already within a week of arrival. You may need to check your spam folder. If you can't locate the email, please reach out to Mountain Oasis.
