Mountain Oasis Cabin Rentals manages privately owned cabins and homes.  We were established in August 2014, however, we are not new to the industry. The best way to find out about a company and their reputation is to ask around.  Ask the locals about us, it’s a small town and our reputation stands on it’s own. With over 15 years of experience behind us, it is our desire to provide superior personal service to our owners and our guests. Bringing a higher level of customer service to the vacation rental and property management market is not only what we feel guests and owners want, but what they deserve.  From the top down, we will do everything in our power to make sure you are not disappointed! 

Having our own state of the art, off site laundry facility, we are able to relieve owners of the daunting task of providing linens for their properties and having to replace them on a regular basis to keep standards high.  Our highly trained laundry specialists ensure every piece of linen going to a property is clean and fresh.

-We are accessible, to our owners and our guests. We answer our phones and return phone calls promptly, this is the #1 complaint we hear from owners and guests. When the office closes, our phones are transferred to an on-call attendant so that nothing falls through the cracks. Communication is the name of the game!

-Our properties are advertised fairly and we have a very strong ongoing advertising campaign that includes Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Resorts & Lodges, Finest Luxury Vacations, VRBO,  Airbnb and others. We are active members with the Gilmer and Fannin County Chamber of Commerce and use digital and print advertising extensively. 

-Issues are resolved quickly and we take a proactive approach to catching possible issues before they happen

-Owners receive detailed reservation statements each month and proceeds are direct deposited timely each month

-We handle all aspects of lodging tax collections, reservations and cleaning and we have a full maintenance division 

-Cabins are inspected prior to every guest arrival to ensure everything is as it should be.  A happy guest is a repeat guest!

-Our staff is simply the best!  From administrative to cleaning and maintenance, everyone is committed to the job at hand and it shows! Mountain Oasis is sought after by many in the workforce because employees are appreciated, respected and taken care of and as a result, our turnover rate is extremely low.
